The Cell will function to in following context:

  1. Clean – Wash Hands Often.
  2. Committee will verify food quality at college canteen occasionally.
  3. SEPARATE – Keep Ready-to-Eat Foods Separate from Raw Meat Poultry, Seafood and Eggs.
  1. Prevent cross-contamination by keeping raw meat, poultry, seafood and eggs separate from ready-to-eat foods.
  2. Use two cuttings boards: one strictly for raw meat, poultry and seafood; the other for ready-to-eat foods like breads and vegetables.
  3. Wash cutting boards thoroughly in hot soapy water after each use or place in dishwasher. Use a bleach solution (i.e. one tablespoon bleach in one quart water) or other sanitizing solution and rinse with clean water.
  4. Keep a refrigerator thermometer in your refrigerator and check it regularly.

Appointment of Student Counsellor

In order to resolve day to day academic problems of the students, mentors   are appointed for a batch of 20 students, and they will counsel the respective students once in a week, to solve the problems come across during their course of study.

The Cell will function in following context:

  1. The network of available units in the Institute and also try to collaborate with various stakeholders.

(b)   Solve any problems occurred during their educational career

(d)   Any issues relating to discrimination experienced by the students in the College.

Students, especially belonging to SC/ST/OBC, if they have any issues on the above, may register their complaint to above committee members.

The above Cell will meet once in a semester and review all the complaints received and take/suggest remedial measures.

Formation of Grievance Redressal Committee of the institute

The Grievance Redressal Committee is constituted to look after the grievances put forward by the students and staff. It focuses on setting proper facilitation procedures for settling the issues in a cordial atmosphere. The committee is expected to initiate appropriate enquiry or investigative mechanism within 24 hours from the receipt of the complaint in written form duly signed by complainant(s). The Grievance Redressal committee has been constituted comprising of Director of the institute as a Chairman of the committee, one senior Professor of the institute and one management nominee as members.

INDUSTRY INSTITUTE INTERACTION CELL

The sole objective of this cell is to cultivate symbiotic relationship between college and industry as well as college and other research institutes. Since inception, the college has developed excellent relationship with industry through which the college will be able to achieve many of its objectives such as placements, research, consultancy etc. Strong industry linkages will help the college to bring better placements, summer internships and opportunities to our students for industry visits. Routinely, many industry professionals conduct guest lectures thus providing students with practical aspects of the concepts that they learn in their classrooms.

Objectives of the III Cell

  1. To cultivate symbiotic relationship between college and industry as well as college and other research institutes.
  2. To help industries to solve their problems through research, training and consultancy.
  3. To provide ample opportunities for industry exposure to students and faculty through industry visits, summer internship and industry projects.
  4. To involve industry professionals in curriculum design, delivery and assessment so as to make students industry ready.
  5. To help industry professionals to upgrade their qualification, knowledge and skill through higher education, continuing education and training.

Formation of Internal Complaint Committee (ICC)/Women Cell

In order to maintain safety and security to the girls and women, a cell has been constituted for redressal of grievances. If the Women Employees and Students face any harassment from the staff or workers, then they can complain at our women grievance cell. The members will look into the issues, gather the evidence, and take the necessary action against the guilty.(All India Council for Technical Education Regulations,2016).
